Basic functionsWith TablePlanner® any number of celebrations or events can be planned and stored. A guest list can be entered for each event. The possible number of guests per event results from the license.

TablePlanner® Classic & ProfessionalTablePlanner® is available in two versions. The classic version of the TablePlanner® is aimed primarily at private users - but also at wedding planners, party service planners and hotel event managers. The professional version is aimed at conference planners, congress organizers or organizers of large events.
Classic: max. 100, 150 or 300 guests per event
Professional: max. 600,
From the version for 150 guests per event, tables and other room objects can be created individually. In principle, any special shape of a table can be created with this.
TablePlanner® contains an optional module for managing and printing tickets or admission tickets. We will be happy to provide you with information on request.
Your guests are saved with their names, postal data and contact options. Guests will be given different labels regarding their role in the event and their relationship with the host. These indicators are used in the organization of the table arrangement in order to immediately graphically highlight the individual persons.
In any number of rooms, the shape of the table and the number of guests to be placed there can be determined for each table.
TablePlanner® is available in the following languages: German, English and French.
What does the TablePlanner® cost?The price for the TablePlanner® software depends on the number of guests per event. With each license you can organize as many events as you like. From the 150 guest license onwards, the TablePlanner® includes a function for the individual creation of table shapes including seating. TablePlanner® contains an optional module for managing and printing tickets or admission tickets. We will be happy to provide you with information on request.

max. 300 guests per event - 99.95 euros, including VAT (download)

The product can be used indefinitely in any form of license on the supported operating systems. The purchaser of the license has the right to use it. Installation and technical basicsYou can obtain the TablePlanner® setup simply by downloading it from our website. Depending on the license, you will also receive the corresponding license key. You carry out the setup by simply double-clicking on the downloaded file. The setup asks for your name and the target directory, the rest of the installation takes place automatically.
TablePlanner® works without a database and is therefore easy to install without any further technical knowledge. Apart from the entry in the registry, no further changes are made on your computer during setup. TablePlanner® is immediately available after installation.
TablePlanner® can be installed in the network and is multi-user capable.
